At BLEED, we place great importance on the quality of our MMA equipment (rashguards, shorts, gloves and accessories).
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, items purchased at a discounted price, during a sale, or as part of a special offer cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the event of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Items purchased at full price may be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
be new, unworn and unused;
be returned in its original packaging;
show no signs of wear, odour or damage.
Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

their order number;
the item(s) concerned;
the reason for the return.
No return will be accepted without prior approval by email.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will inform the customer whether the refund has been approved or declined.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order within a maximum of 14 days after the returned product has been received and approved.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
