How long until I receive my order?

All orders take between 1-3 days to process, this process allows us to either source your product or collect from our stock room, your item is then packed up with care and dispatched to you on a next day service which is the reason we allow 1-7 days in total until you receive your order.

Who do we ship with?

We use Royal Mails Special Delivery Service, this usually guarantees all products to arrive with you by 1pm the following day. 

Are our products 100% authentic?

Yes our team individually vet each product we sell to ensure all products sold are 100% authentic. We only ever buy from reliable suppliers.

Can I cancel my order?

If we haven't dispatched your order, we are able to cancel your order however you would be subject to a 5% cancellation fee.

Do we offer exchanges or returns?

Yes we do, we offer returns for a full refund. Please see our returns form below the customer service section on our home page.
